STORY
If Esmeralda is famous for the Mario lot, Elida has its “Torre.”
Whenever I think of Elida, the first coffee that comes to mind is always the “Torre.”
Last year, the Buuelta section from Elida Farm took first place at BoP, which admittedly shifted some attention away from Torre. But as a result, Torre has become even rarer in Korea—its scarcity has only increased.
And to be frank, out of all the Elida coffees we sourced this year, Torre was hands down our team’s favorite. Elida is showing exceptional vibrancy compared to other farms this year! I highly recommend you try the 2025 version of Torre.
This lot features the rich floral aroma and elegant acidity characteristic of Geisha, layered with subtle and mysterious fruit notes. It truly exudes sophistication.

STORAGE
- Light Roast: For very lightly roasted coffee, we recommend waiting about a week before brewing.
- Medium-Light Roast: Generally good to enjoy immediately upon receipt.
- Medium Roast: Usually fine to drink right after delivery.
- Dark Roast: Best consumed as soon as possible.
Transfer beans to your own airtight container for best shelf life. Store in a cool, dark place away from sunlight.

At Blackroad Coffee, we use two roasting machines: The Loring S7 (optimized for light roasts) and the COFFED SR30. Our philosophy of “diversity” means continuous development of roast profiles through rigorous QC and experimentation.

- All beans are sold within 10 days of roasting for guaranteed freshness.
